  • You will need to bring your passport or identity card. A driver's licence will NOT be valid for identification.
Glasses and spare glasses
  • Your glasses (spectacles) and set of spare glasses + prescription of the strength of yout glasses.
Contact lenses
  • Your contact lenses, solution and container (if applicable)
Medical certificate
  • Your up-to-date medical certificate
Pilot licence
  • Your up-to-date pilot's licence (where applicable)
Medicines
  • Your current medication, both prescription and over the counter medication.
Correspondence medical specialists/GP
  • Your up-to-date medical file
